Another Significant Milestone

In 1974, our PDL Founder, Dato’ Lawrence Chan returned from USA after training Americans for 3 years. He had a worthy mission to make a positive difference to people from all walks of life with his powerful life-transformation training programme.  With his God-given talent, he specially designed, innovated and pioneered a 4-day intensive ‘Personal Development Leadership’ (P.D.L) residential course to help people to discover and utilise more of their latent potentials to become happy and successful whilst living balanced life-styles.

After 36 long years and having successfully conducted over 900 batches of this very popular course for both adults and students, this particular self-discovery and improvement course is being certified as ‘The Longest Running Motivation’ Course in the Country by The Malaysia Book of Records.

On September 25, 2010, Ms Leona Paul, a Research Journalist, representing the Malaysia Book of Records (MBR) officially presented the MBR Certificate to our Executive Chairman and Founder, Dato’ Lawrence Chan Kum Peng and witnessed by 70  invited outstanding PDL course graduates, new PDL course graduates of Intake No. 718 and  our members of our PDL Management Corporation.  These loyal supporters include Lt.
